Description: In parallel to the country (participant and non-participant) pages, non-country participant information (e.g. is being extended to several tabs. In contrast to the country pages, however, the tab corresponding to a country page's "Data Publishing" one needs to be filtered not for data published by the organization, but for datasets endorsed by them, and should be named "Data Endorsement instead. This makes the tab titles:

Summary, Data Endorsement, Participation, News

The corresponding filter on that tab uses the endorsing node instead of the organization's country (which most often does not meaningfully exist for international organizations). A dataset e.g. published by a Venezuelan institution and endorsed by VertNet for example will therefore turn up in both places: as "Data Published" by country non-member Venezuela, and as endorsed by member Organization VertNet.
