Description: Right now we replace our normal text with no or none, e.g. for country X:
Data from X
No occurrence datasets.
No checklist datasets.
No metadata-only datasets.
X publishes data covering no countries.
Would be nicer to just have:
Data from X
X publishes no data.
or maybe 'no data through GBIF'.
Maybe I'm entering a political minefield.]]>

I could not reproduce this issue, and wonder whether it still applies. For member countries, we have cases where
- only a single category applied, e.g. at http://www.gbif.org/country/PH/publishing - here, the text should stay as-is;
- no data are published, like http://www.gbif.org/country/BF/publishing (text states "Burkina Faso has no data publishing activity."), nothing else.
For non-member countries, the page is the same as for members without publishing activity (http://www.gbif.org/country/HN/publishing). In future, I assume publishing non-members will be represented according to provisions in any new endorsement workflow.
