Summary: Country pages: reintegrate section for "International networks"
Description: In the original country page design (http://community.gbif.org/mod/file/download.php?file_guid=28755), section 3.5A was to list "Institutions in France participate in the following international networks". The section has been removed from the first release because the relevant data are not available or very incomplete. The section should be re-integrated at a later point, pending data availability.
