Summary: Country pages: reintegrate section for "Metadata catalogues"
Description: In the original country page design (http://community.gbif.org/mod/file/download.php?file_guid=28755), section 3.6A was to list "Links to national metadata catalogues". The section has been removed from the first release because the relevant data are not available or very incomplete. The section should be re-integrated at a later point, pending data availability.
