Description: On an organization page, a link to "hosted installations" is shown (http://portaldev.gbif.org/publisher/299958e0-4c06-11d8-b290-b8a03c50a862, see PF-1165). The underlying installation page lists all served datasets from that installation. This includes all datasets, regardless of the "owning" institution. While making it more transparent that an organization who "owns" not only a few datasets may still "serve a lot more, it does not yet make the extent of actual hosting services explicit enough, leaving the interpretation to the user.

To give credit to an organization for providing hosting services for others, more explicit visualization is required.

Proposal:
- on the Participation tab of a participant page like http://portaldev.gbif.org/country/DK/participation, section "Endorsed Publishers", add counts for "hosted datasets" next to "published datasets" (in both cases, only if the count is not 0)
- On a data publisher page, underneath the section of "Published datasets" (see http://portaldev.gbif.org/publisher/977178c7-76fe-4c86-94f3-cf039ede5c3c) and above the new section for "Hosted installations", add a section for "hosted datasets" with an appropriate subtitle for explanation, listing only those datasets that are published for other owning organizations. Either of the two sections is invisible where no datasets fall into that category (i.e. http://portaldev.gbif.org/publisher/299958e0-4c06-11d8-b290-b8a03c50a862 would only show the "hosted datasets" section)]]>
