Description: -- Insertion point should just be in the input field when creating a new filter, rather than requiring an additional mouse movement and click.
-- Tab doesn't move you to the next input field, as it would in a normal form. Create a between-date-filter, and enter the first date, and then hit tab: it just highlights the current field, instead of moving to the next.
-- Hitting "enter" should submit a new filter: it looks like a form with a submit button, so it should act like one.
-- Country filter: try typing "sweden", in lower case, and don't click the auto-suggested "Sweden": The auto suggest option goes away, and we're just at a dead end. I've got a reasonable input on the screen, but there's neither an error message, nor a button to submit a filter. --> Either coerce "sweden" to "Sweden", or an error message insisting that one of the auto suggestions be chosen?
(But really, these are quibbles, it's great: thank you for everything!)
