Description: This should be done in Git since the SVN repo will soon be replaced.

Please note, the occurrence download ws client is merged together with the occurrence ws client in Git. See https://github.com/gbif/occurrence/tree/master/occurrence-ws-client

If it's not too much trouble, a README could be added to the SVN projects also, since this is currently what's in production.
