Description: The behaviour of link redirects of online resource centre is pointing to the resource summary, instead of targeted resource. An example link is:
{{http://www.gbif.org/orc/?doc_id=2823}}
which is rewritten as:
{{http://www.gbif.org/resources/summary?doc_id=2823}}

However links like this was working yesterday and it changed to http://www.gbif.org/resources/summary/ with another id.]]>
