Summary: Occurrence TaxonomyInterpreter should handle atomised scientific names
Description: A scientific name for an occurrence can be given as a full scientificName, but also in individual fields, i.e. genus, speciesEpitheton, infraspecificEpitheton and rank. The taxonomy interpreter must handle these cases, otherwise we link occurrences only to the genus!
