Description: For all maps in the portal that directly or indirectly (e.g. via georeferenced occurrences) show country boundaries, two things need to be included:
1) a clear link from the map to the disclaimer page (http://www.gbif.org/disclaimer), maps section
2) and indication who the supplier of the specific map layer is

Background: see POR-1435 and PF-501.

Proposal:
- in maps like http://www.gbif.org/country/IN, extend the "powered by Leaflet"-link with a link to the disclaimer page
- home page (http://www.gbif.org/): as above
- disclaimer page: revise text to clarify all copyright, source etc issues
- participation map (http://www.gbif.org/participation/summary): include a link to the disclaimer page, and make sure the source of the maplayer used is mentioned there

Comment: [~anmnielsen] Anne Mette, can you find out what the map source for the Participant map at http://www.gbif.org/participation/summary is? We need to include that in the disclaimer text - thanks!

Comment: The disclaimer have been added to the maps in iFrames (species, occurences, countries etc.), but not on the participation map. This should be done in Drupal i assume [~bko@gbif.org]?
