Summary: Newly registered user reports not to have received a password
Description: Mail received via helpdesk: user kromma reports that they did not receive a password after registration. The user entry can be found in the drupal live database under uid 11490. The registered email address agrees with the one that the helpdesk call comes from, and that is reported in the mail. The drupal user does not appear to have any user role attached, though.
