Description: The LocationInterpreter interprets lat/lon, the country, altitude and depth right now. We need to extend it to also interpret:
 - Continent
 - stateProvince
 - waterBody
 - geodaticDatum (linked issue?)

Note: the occurrence class does not have interpreted fields for county, municipality, islands, islandGroup or distanceAboveSurface yet
