Summary: gbif_blocks module to first handle the positioning of some elements of the news article.
Description: Separating the content logic, use Drupal block api to position elements in content types, so the template only deals with HTML.

While it's almost certain that we will produce block-like contents within wells in a node template, it's not necessary to create blocks for sidebar.

gbif_blocks will then used to produce blocks for special pages according to path so then we avoid duplicating the page template.
