Summary: Create a feature which captures configurations and identify major building components of the tools catalogue.
Description: The first step to ensure the tools catalogue can work with the rest of Drupal portal. Once it works, I will proceed to create a module that doesn't rely on the "features" module, which according to Cip has caused some issues.

After trying several rounds of testing feature creation and enabling, configurations of major components are identified for the following module development.
1. Vocabularies;
2. Terms in vocabularies;
3. Content type: "resource" type and its field settings;
4. Search server/index;
5. Facets;
6. Blocks;
7. Views;
8. Node import from IMS.
Features module works to a certain extent while some configurations need more works to preserve. For example, while all taxonomy terms are established, nodes imported via node_export_feature don't have the value precisely selected. This should be solved together with the importing process, where value matching can occur.
