Lists of participants associated to each participant region (both countries and organizations). Show at least the regional node representative (name and contact info), each participant name, possibly voting status, and node manager name. Display similar to new portal page http://www.gbif.org/governance/standingcommittees

Regional mailing list: only add if the old issues can be solved (security constraints leading to sent mails going to nobody, etc). Otherwise propose a listserv solution - don't handle this part with priority.

Application:
- issueing calls for regional meetings. Inform regional nodes representatives on who are the eligible node managers / participants in their region that can apply for funding to come to the meeting.
- newly appointed regional representative: get an overview of how many participants there are in your region, whom to contact]]>
