Description: Subsection "Participant Node Managers Committee

Suspicion: a country without an appointed Node Manager does not show up in the list. Australia does not currently have a Node Manager appointed. This seems to cause the country to drop out of the list. There may be others.

If this indeed is the reason, it is not a data issue - we may at any point have participants without a Node Manager. Suggest: verify whether this is indeed the underlying reason (then this is a critical fix), otherwise identify the cause

Please don't address this pending a discussion on the 18th March, involving Tim R, Anne-Mette, Meliannié and Andrea

As discussed with [~cvizitiu@gbif.org] the following should be applied in the Drupal code:

For the members of the Node steering group it should do the following:
- list the people enrolled as the chair and vice chair
- list the people enrolled as the nominated person for each region
- for any "GBIF region" (GBIF Areas table in IMS) that does not have a nominee, show "pending appointment" for the name and "Regional Node Representative - [REGION NAME HERE]" for the role

For the members of the Participant Node Managers Committee section:
- list the people enrolled as the chair and vice chair
- show each participant (voting or associate) and put the node manager name if present, or "pending appointment" if non is enrolled.
- sort the list as Chair, Vice chairs, and then alphabetically by the participant name. I presume this requires a LEFT JOIN and COALESCE(contact.Name, "pending appointment")

Comment: [~cvizitiu@gbif.org] - please also consider this with any other lists you see that might suffer the same issue.

Comment: [~trobertson@gbif.org] please confirm the new sort order rules? So far [~anmnielsen] and other staff consider the "GBIFSortOrder" column in FM to be relevant to this matter; changing the sorting order like suggested above will make that column irrelevant.

Comment: Sorry if I am being daft here. Are we talking about abandoning the FileMaker sorting order for only the Nodes Committee, or are we talking about a general change for all committees? It is OK to sort the Nodes Committee by Chair, Vice Chairs and then alphabetically by Participant name. But this sorting cannot be used for all committees as they have a number of different roles to be sorted differently, depending on the committee.

The pending appointment shouldn't be a link, since it doesn't expand to anything like the other contacts. Would you be able to change this [~cvizitiu@gbif.org]?

Otherwise, the issue can be closed as fixed - looks great!
