The original plan was to try import the keywords from the IMS and match against the new terms in Drupal vocabularies. However it's more clear now that for many terms in the IMS they have meaning for content analysis by editors, hence more specifications that interlinks the management part and the presentation part need to be scoped out and transformed to stories.
I'll create linked tasks that is relevant for getting the "management" part of this migration done after more scoping have come.

Comment: I just realised it needs coordination with the theming work in order to allocate vocab-related fields in a separate block as "Tool details", which probably should be a story by itself. Considering the goal of this story is to show the matched terms from the IMS, does the attached image shows enough progress to close the story?
