Description: Done when:
- facets for data type are selectable on Tools page
- selecting a facet filters tools by that data type (multiple selections must be supported)
- Data type tags in the Tool Details section of Tools Detail page are links to the faceted search result]]>

Comment: This is already done as part of the resource revamp (POR-2498). So this issue itself won't fix.
