Description: The portal footer is growing and the key documents "column now is more than twice the size of any other footer column. This looks bad and causes the footer to become very large. Rethink if we really need those links in the footer. If all are needed maybe using 2 columns for key documents would be better?

Also some links use links.gbif.org while others use resources/xyz. We should stick to one flavor:
