Summary: Changes to display of GB Vice Chairs roles in portal based on IMS info
Description: As discussed with Tim Hirsch the IMS has now been updated so that the three GB Vice Chairs have individual roles, ie. 1st Vice Chair, 2nd Vice Chair and 3rd Vice Chair. This should also be reflected in the portal in http://www.gbif.org/contact/directoryofcontacts#executive. Therefore the view should change from showing the Vice Chairs group/role from 'Governing Board of GBIF/Vice Chair' to 'Governing Board of GBIF/1st Vice Chair', 'Governing Board of GBIF/2nd Vice Chair' and 'Governing Board of GBIF/3rd Vice Chair', respectively.
