Description: In the German Florkart dataset there are 17 records with verbatim BoR value "HumanObservation, yet they are presented as 'unknown evidence' in the portal.

Comment: This should be handled by the vastly improved bor processing we'll be rolling out in the next 2 weeks (with occ widening).
