This looks like a case where GBIF didn't have "Callianassa moinensis" in its database, so the name supplied with the occurrence was matched to the nearest string, in this case "Callianassa amboinensis".
Callianassa moinensis was published by Rathbun in the following reference (p. 142):
Mary J Rathbun (1918) Contributions to the Geology and Paleontology of the Canal Zone, Panama, and geologically related areas in Central America and the West Indies. Yes, as we miss the real name we get a fuzzy hit to the close, but wrong species C. amboinensis:

Best solved by adding a taxonomic source with that name (once we fixed the backbone source code so we can rebuild a nub again)
