Comment: The progress with this issue. Eventually I have to alter the default Bootstrap alerts.js to be able to centre the text.

I am going to down-grade this task because, correct me if I am wrong, the Drupal part doesn't show the yellowish style page.

For the style of "Occurrence verbatim data" info box, simply to produce fake text for styling already involve hook_help and hook_menu which is a sign of deeper investigating of internal Drupal.

To continue, it'll require clear specs of where and how we want to show this kind of info box for pages that are managed in Drupal.
