Description: Rework the Secretariat page at http://www.gbif.org/governance/secretariat along the lines shown in attached mockup.
Photos to be used for each staff member.
[~anmnielsen] will create new groups in IMS (Director, Participation, Informatics, Administration, Programme Manager) to enable these boxes to be automatically populated - [~cvizitiu] will also need to adapt list at http://www.gbif.org/contact/directoryofcontacts#secretariat to enable these groups to be ordered separately]]>

[~cvizitiu@gbif.org] and [~thirsch@gbif.org] - the following groups/roles have been implemented into the IMS:
Director/Director
Participation Group/Head of Participation + Participation staff
Informatics Group/Head of Informatics + Informatics staff
Administrative Group/Head of Administration + Administration staff
Programme Manager/Programme Manager
Let me know if you need more info or if I need to change the groups/roles.
