Description: One of my downloads failed (I am not sure if the reason why it failed is relevant for this issue). The email that I received didn't give me any meaningful feedback that why it failed (attached): 'try again' does not help me as a user.

You need to provide reasons why it failed and/or alternatives in case 'trying again' leads the user to the same result. Some examples:
   - you can recommend to wait 5 minutes if the error may be due to an overloaded server).
   - you may want to redirect the user to seek additional help in a FAQ, community of users, or helpdesk email/phone.]]>
