Description: There are 3 GBIF Participants that have been moved to Observer status:
Cameroon, Cuba and Uruguay. They may potentially become Participants again at a later state but are no longer regarded as Participants.
We should not display the 'GBIF participant information' for these observers as this will be misleading. Can you remove the box from the pages of the 3 observers?
All 3 countries are listed in the IMS with membership status 'Observer'
