Description: There are 6 countries that are former GBIF Participants:
Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Morocco, Nicaragua and Papua New Guinea. If we look at the 6 countries (going via http://www.gbif.org/country) the information is not consistent. For Bulgaria and Nicaragua it is stated in the top green banner that they are former GBIF Country Participants. No such information is displayed for the Czech Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Morocco and Papua New Guinea. Could you make sure that the information about 'Former Country Participant' is displayed in the top for these countries as well?

All 6 countries are listed in the IMS with membership status 'Former Participant'.

In addition to this, we should not display the 'GBIF participant information' for these former Participants as this will be misleading. Can you remove the box from the pages of the 6 former participants?]]>

Hi [~bko@gbif.org]. It seems that something has happened since I created the issue. The box I mentioned in the original comment is no longer visible on the pages, so that has been solved. I also asked that all of the six former countries be called 'Former GBIF Participant', which was stated for only Bulgaria and Nicaragua. However, I can see that the text has been removed from Bulgaria and Nicaragua, so none of the six countries have the text. The question is if it is important to list the six countries as 'Former GBIF Participants'?

I suggest that we ask [~kylecopas] if it is important that the six former GBIF Participants (Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Equatorial Guinea, Morocco, Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea) are listed with this information on the website?
