Indeed this requires re-evaluation. It seems we don't have a page that has right sidebar that occupies the whole page. In the default page.tpl.php we've cancelled $sidebar_second and instead emit content in individual node or view template.

I am not entirely sure yet as I am not the most experienced one with the vizz2 theme. I suggest we leave it open and close it when we complete this epic as a final check.
