Summary: Email notification on download events: remove helpdesk from the list of recipients
Description: Notifications on both successful and failed downloads appear to be BCCed to helpdesk@gbif.org. While follow-up on failed downloads might be useful, helpdesk is not the right place for this - please remove, and let's discuss who needs to be involved in follow-up.
