Description: We need a generic term page that provides the view for tagged contents.

Done when:
1. Clicking a tag from news/datause article should list as http://www.gbif.org/countries/united-states
2. Issues in the current page should be solved:
 - top margin of the well is too short
 - the height of the banner is inconsistent with other pages
 - items tagged 'with'
 - alignment of view title and the feed icon.
3. Although not in the site map, other term page should also work.]]>

- Defined our own template for generic taxonomy terms.
- Unload extra jquery-ui library so bootstrap.js is now error-free.
- Provided round corner for featured image - it now looks inside the well!
- Insert requested_path in various node and block arrays/objects for judging the original called URL.
