Description: While implementing the template for date use article, I notice that the news article also have 'citation' and 'related GBIF resource' field enabled but not used. Some news articles do have citation information, but it's put directly in the body text, rather than the field of citation.

With the data use article now properly styled (see 'uses of data.jpeg'), I am now asking whether we should enable the usage of the news article. The difference is shown in proposed images ('news with citation field.jpeg' and news without citation field.jpeg'). I believe to enable that will allow easier control of the style.

Comment: Just have finished the discussion with [~thirsch@gbif.org]. We from now on will use the citation field for both the news item and the feature data use when the field is not empty.
