Description: [x] participation/summary has template in effect and is missing the world map.
[x] participation/membership doesn't have text of 'what it involves" but instead 'template in effect'
[x] participation/list not working - still need to write menu import
[x] participation/howtojoin missing resources link in "choose your category"
[x] capacityenhancement/training missing see also in the second and third wells (and on)
[x] capacityenhancement/mentoring quick links from the second well.
[x] capacityenhancement/npt missing quick links in the sidebar.
[x] resources/summary lands with wrong title. should be resources.
[x] resources/keyinformation contents don't show.
[x] check consultations
[x] governance/secretariat content doesn't show.
[x] whoweworkwith see also doesn't show.
[x] contact/contactus content doesn't show.
[x] contact/directoryofcontacts top well doesn't show and link doesn't expand.

Comment: [x] table style round corner (capacityenhancement/mentoring, governance/governingboard) is also fixed as r2821 and r2822. This will require some edits gbifims module when switching to the new theme.
