[~mdoering@gbif.org] has updated the Registry API to use country code instead of the country ENUN in all places.

Outstanding, is POR-1451, which involves replacing Node with Participant in various places. For example, /node requests would change to /participant. That's assuming we all agree this change is desired ([~trobertson@gbif.org], [~fmendez@gbif.org], [~bko@gbif.org]).
