Description: URLs in the metadata (all sections) are currently shown as text and are not clickable. I would appreciate it a lot if those - just like in the IPT - are recognized (they all start with http) and rendered as clickable links.*

Since the new portal, I have started to refer to the dataset pages on the portal, instead of our IPT pages, because they provide a much better user experience. Having clickable links would improve those pages even more.

*I noticed country names are already parsed and rendered with a link, so it seems the code is already in place to scan sections of the metadata.
