Description: On some country pages (e.g. Germany and Australia, but not Peru or Slovakia), a blank News section appears next to the Latest datasets published.
The News block shouldn't be there ever. There is already a separate high level tab for News. ]]>

The addition of the "News" section in the right hand side of the "Latest datasets published" block appears to be introduced, when a country has a registered news/rss feed.
E.g. Germany has News/RSS
http://www.gbif.org/country/DE/news
But and has an empty News block beside latest datasets published:
http://www.gbif.org/country/DE/publishing
On the other hand, Peru has no news/RSS:
http://www.gbif.org/country/PE/news
And has no News block beside latests datasets published:
http://www.gbif.org/country/PE/publishing
Do similar comparisons between Denmark (has news), and South Africa (SA) and you'll see the same inconsistency.
