Description: The Recorded Date in the Occurrence Details section on this record is showing as Jan. 1, 2003.  However, the verbatim data shows that only a year was provided in the eventDate and year fields.  In the download, this is carried across in the occurrence.txt file where eventDate shows as 2003-01-01T00:00Z and month and day are each populated with a 1.  The the verbatim.txt is correct.
