Summary: Unicode character dataset search broken
Description: I cannot enter any unicode characters into the search field, they get converted to garbage. The search itself seems to work, looks like a UI issue?

Comment: Same browser, but different portal (UAT vs DEV) shows different outcomes -see screenshot. What's different in dev that breaks the encoding?
