Summary: Default media format to text/html instead of APPLICATION/OCTET-STREAM
Description: If an http link without a file suffix is given and there is no dc:format given either for a media obeject, interpretation assigns it [APPLICATION/OCTET-STREAM]. We should default to text/html instead as all of the examples Ive seen point to html pages
