Summary: Allow verbatim scientificName to be searched for occurrences
Description: It has been requested (e.g. by Katia Cezón <katia@gbif.es>) to be able to search occurrences by the verbatim scientificName as it came in. This is really important for names not found in our backbone

Gabi: Maybe a compromise could work. Parse the name like you do now (e.g. Genus/Family found in the backbone, Species Epithet not found in the backbone), Enable search for full verbatim name and hierarchical inclusion is nevertheless realized through parts of the name that match with the backbone (e.g. Genus/Family).
If even Genus and/or Family do not match with the backbone, hierarchical inclusion is of course impossible and I would say that's acceptable. Most important for users/providers is, that they find their own records.
