Comment: There is a thin line on non-active menu tabs when hovering. This is default bootstrap behaviour and we'll alter it because it looks odd.

Comment: KC: For bullets in pages like: http://drupaledit.gbif.org/capacityenhancement/summary, the wrapped line should still be indented, rather than starting from the beginning.

Comment: The indentation of bullet is fixed. The CSS line is yet fixed.
