Description: A new Spanish dataset has been crawled http://www.gbif.org/dataset/bc361eb3-7d2b-4180-9047-58ff3d80bf6b , but the interpretation on the scientific names has somehow failed.
For instance - the scientific name "Scrophularia canina L." contained in the following record is not interpreted:
http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/910361401/verbatim
However, the name exists in the backbone taxonomy:
http://www.gbif.org/species/search?q=Scrophularia+canina+L.&dataset_key=d7dddbf4-2cf0-4f39-9b2a-bb099caae36c
This issue affect many of the other records in the dataset.]]>

Comment: As the indexing happened on 14th May I can only assume it might have been coinciding with the move of the species match service from the prod blade to boma, which took the service down for about 10 minutes. Right now the lookup does fine as expected: http://api.gbif.org/v0.9/species/match?verbose=true&name=Scrophularia%20canina%20L.&family=Scrophulariaceae

Comment: [~jlegind@gbif.org] can we reindex this dataset please to see if the names get interpreted now?

Comment: was a lookup problem, solved with a re-interpretation of the dataset
