Description: Implementation of a consistent, standardised publication workflow will improve  communications staff ability to receive contributions from a wider pool of Secretariat staff while at the same time efficiently and effectively coordinating the various tasks of publishing content. This means putting some rules in place about who can create new content and/or edit existing and establishes an orderly process for content status to move from draft to review to publication.

Placing this down now as a long-term goal, upon discovering that the current default for the Drupal system is to commit and publish content upon each save. ]]>
