Description: The site appears to style URL links differently than it does mailto ones. See
http://www.gbif.org/capacityenhancement/capacityprogrammes
for multiple examples.
Styling for these should be consistent—preferably blue, no itals, as with the URL links.

This looks to be a CSS issue in lines 4-8 of lastminutefix.css.]]>
