Description: I can reach this page by navigating the main menu, but I cannot see here how I can subscribe to receive the newsletter in my email.

Comment: Those wishing to subscribe should be directed to the form in the newsroom summary page. Burke tells me a few html changes are needed, and I'm assigning this to him on his suggestion.
