Description: The new page should list GBIF interpreted terms.

The URI for each GBIF term should resolve to a definition of the term in our API/sites documentation

Interpreted terms that are ENUMs, such as geospatial issues, should link to the ENUM in our API/sites

Furthermore, each term's definition should include information about which verbatim terms interpretation was based on, including details about mathematical formulas used in calculations (where appropriate).

The need for this page stems from user confusion raised in POR-2114

GBIF term URIs now resolve to their java doc, e.g.
http://rs.gbif.org/terms/1.0/depth

A portal page has been created to explain fragments, verbatim and interpreted records and how we get to each:

It seems to be agreed that for now we place that page under infrastructure/data-processing, with the menu tab positioned between 'occurrence' and 'tools'.

If there is no other concern I'll make it public in the beginning of the next week.
