Description: Jersey providers cannot deal with generic types and require different classes if we want them to be injected as a context.
We have done so already for search requests, but not for suggest requests. Create new suggest request classes for name usage and dataset and update suggest service and implementing classes to make use of them.

Also add the new jersey providers to common-ws
