Description: From [~Sampreethi]: Can't insert photo into the body content. Also the caption should work when hovering over the photo.

As a note, this issue appears because of the conflict of imce js and bootstrap css js. It is solved by dynamically switching to a compatible theme when the file browser is loaded, since we don't need bootstrap javascript on the dialogue window.

Themekey module is introduced with default configuration for imce.
