Summary: Usage of token for urls in the wysiwyg editor
Description: We currently need to insert tokens to ensure the URLs in the body text is rendered correctly. This can be fixed by changing the html editor, which renders relative url correctly, and adding a filter to detect 'non-drupal url'.

Fixed and improved as r2933.

Portal links that are registered as a menu link with "non-Drupal URL" specified will be automatically processed, so editors can just treat all internal links in the same way.

With the new theme goes live, it will be no longer required to insert [gfxr:dp] or [gfxr:cp] for URLs for contents.
