Description: Another example where using approximate taxon name matching leads to an error. In this case, frogs belonging to "Rana christyi" have been assigned to "Rana kreffti.

The occurrences are:

http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/657381304
http://www.gbif.org/occurrence/476580131

Looking at the portal, there are records for Rana kreffti in the Solomons and Africa http://www.gbif.org/species/2427031, which is an odd distribution, and which is how I detected the problem.

The verbatim records for the two African occurrences have the species name Rana christyi in the verbatim record. CoL doesn't have this name, but it was published in 1919 http://bionames.org/names/cluster/2559631

It might be useful to have an issue flag for names that are not exactly matched so these cases can be caught more easily. As it stands, GBIF is making strong assertions (Rana kreffti occurs in Africa) which are completely false.
