Description: Occurrence flag "Geodetic Datum Invalid" should not be set when value parsed is equal to "unknown

That's because it is a legal value when unknown. Please refer to the DwC term definition for http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/terms/#geodeticDatum that reads "If none of these is known, use the value "unknown".

Compare that to value "bla bla":

"unknown" = presumed WGS84
"bla bla" = presumed WGS84 & Geodetic Datum Invalid
